The financial burden of a diagnosis of breast cancer can be great. We have provided a list of programs and support services that may help meet the financial and emotional needs of a newly diagnosed breast cancer survivor.  In order to be eligible for some of these programs, patients may need to fulfill certain financial and medical criteria.
  

Patient Advocate Foundation’s Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR)
Providing financial support for pharmaceuticals co-payments incurred by insured breast cancer patients.

Patient Access Network Foundation
Providing financial assistance to insured breast cancer patients who cannot afford the out-of-pocket cost associated with their treatment needs.

Providing limited financial assistance to meet a variety of needs and expenses related to breast cancer treatment.

The Linking A.R.M.S.Program
Through a program called Linking A.R.M.S.™: Assistance & Resources Made Simple, the Komen Foundation and CancerCare have extended the reach of both organizations to economically disadvantaged breast cancer patients.

AstraZeneca Cancer Support Network
AstraZeneca Patient Assistance Program
Helping you get the medicines you need
The AstraZeneca Patient Assistance Program was created in 1978. The program is designed to provide AstraZeneca medicines free of charge to qualified patients. The program can help patients who do not have prescription drug coverage and who meet other eligibility criteria. Click here for details or call 1-866-992-9276.

AZ Medicine & Me (TM) for People in Medicare Part D
A new patient assistance program, provided by AstraZeneca, for people with limited incomes who have Medicare precription drug coverage and who are having difficulity affording their AstraZeneca medicines.  Call1-800-957-6285 for details about this program.
